🛑 Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund only if:

You raise a complaint within 1 hours of delivery.

The product is damaged, spoiled, tampered with, or does not match the order.

You provide photo or video evidence within the 1-hour window for verification.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Taste preferences (as all items are natural and handmade)

Storage-related issues after delivery

Customer is unavailable for delivery and product deteriorates in transit
