At Zaphira, we operate on a zero-wastage, lightning-fast delivery model. To ensure fairness for customers, riders, and farmers, we have a strict cancellation framework that is among the first of its kind in India.
Cancellation Window
- Customers may cancel their order within 2 minutes of placing it on the Zaphira app/website.
- After 2 minutes, the order is locked, packed, and dispatched and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Rider-Stage Cancellations
- If a customer attempts to cancel the order after the rider has reached the delivery location, it will be treated as a serious violation.
- In such cases:
- The order amount will be charged in full (no refund).
- The customer's account may be suspended or permanently blocked with immediate effect.
- Zaphira reserves the right to recover losses, including rider costs and product wastage, under applicable laws.
Repeat Abuse & Fraud Prevention
- Customers engaging in repeated cancellation abuse, refusal at doorstep, or fake orders will face:
- Immediate account termination.
- Blacklist entry across all Zaphira services (including pickup stores, subscriptions, and offers).
- Denial of future services without prior notice.
Exceptions
Cancellations/refunds beyond the 2-minute window may only be considered if:
- The product is unavailable due to Zaphira's operational issue.
- There is a verified technical error (e.g., duplicate payment).
- Such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis by Zaphira's Quality & Operations Team.
Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order with Zaphira, customers:
- Accept that cancellation is limited to 2 minutes only.
- Agree that fraudulent or doorstep cancellations will result in account . suspension.
- Understand that this policy ensures farmer sustainability, rider safety, and customer fairness.
Company Rights
- Zaphira Organic Farms (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to take legal action, recover losses, and block users found guilty of repeated abuse or fraud.
- This policy is binding and supersedes all prior communications regarding cancellations.
