• Available in designated Zaphira Quick Zones within Lucknow.
• Orders are delivered within 15 minutes of confirmation.
• Subject to product availability and delivery partner reach.

Same-Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
• Available for fresh produce, bakery, dairy, and daily essentials.
• Standard delivery slots: 10:00 AM 9:00 PM.

Next-Day Delivery

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered next day.
• Ideal for bulk, subscription, or non-perishable items.

🔛 Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

• Customers can place orders online and collect from nearest Zaphira Pickup Store at their convenience.
• Pickup slots are shared during checkout. .
• Zero delivery charges apply for store pickup.

3-Day Standard Delivery

• For select products (spices, packaged groceries, wellness items) and out-of-stock replenishments.
• Typically delivered within 3 working days.

• 15-Minute Delivery: Free above a minimum cart value (else ₹229-249 per order).
• Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery: Free above threshold value (₹499), otherwise nominal charges apply.
• Store Pickup: Always free.
• 3-Day Delivery: Free for orders above ₹999.

• Currently operational in Lucknow city limits for 15 minutes delivery with expansion planned across major cities in India.
• Service availability depends on pin-code, which is auto-verified at checkout.

• Products are packed in eco-friendly, hygienic, and tamper-proof packaging.
• Cold-chain maintained for dairy, fruits, vegetables, and perishable goods.
• Every order is double-checked by Zaphira's Quality Assurance Team before dispatch.

In rare cases of delays (weather, traffic, operational issues), customers will be notified in advance via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Pre-scheduled deliveries (for parties, corporate orders, events) can be arranged with prior notice.

• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected slot.
• For perishable goods, immediate refrigeration/storage is recommended after delivery.
• Incorrect addresses or refusal without valid reason may result in order cancellation without refund.

• Currently, Zaphira does not offer international shipping.
• Export orders may be handled separately under B2B agreements.
