• By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.
• Payment must be made through approved payment gateways; Zaphira is not liable for payment failures due to third-party platforms.

• We strive to deliver within committed timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of product damage/loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the given address.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information; Zaphira is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details.

• Orders may only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. Beyond this, cancellations are not accepted.
• Refunds are available only in cases of verified quality issues or duplicate transactions, as per our Refund Policy.
• Non-eligible cases include change of mind, taste preference, or refusal without valid reason.

• Zaphira ensures products are organic, authentic, and hygienically handled.
• In case of quality concerns, customers must raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos).
• Zaphira's liability is limited to the value of the product/order and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

• You agree not to misuse our platform for fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or violation of laws.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform may result in suspension or legal action.

• All content, logos, brand names, product descriptions, and materials on the Zaphira platform are the property of Zaphira Organic Farms (OPC) Private Limited.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined therein.

• Zaphira will not be liable for delays, service interruptions, or losses arising due to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
• Our liability in any case will not exceed the order value.

• Zaphira reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/app with the revised effective date.
• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
